Overall a good stay

Liked: The rooms were spacious. Breakfast buffet was very nice.
Disliked: Bed was not very comfortable but was clean. Towels were clean but stained.

My stay started wonderful and...

Liked: The hotel was clean on the inside. Very nice rooms.
Disliked: The manager was very rude on the phone and refused to speak to me in person. I waited for over an hour with 2 different employees telling her and confirming she was in the office the whole time. She threatened me on the phone and kicked us out over one of her staff members whom lived there as well took my laundry out of the washer and I filed a complaint to cooperate. They also have a man whom stays there and is slumped over in the parking lot for hours, when front desk was notified, I was told nothing could be done. I have never been to a hotel and been more disrespected from staff but seeing how the manager acts, you lead by example and she isn’t setting a very good one !!

Disliked: The room was smaller than pictured, it didn’t give suite. My shower didn’t work couldn’t even shower or switch rooms very disappointed. The hallways smelled terrible like a dirty diaper and wet dog actually WORST. And the ladies at front desk never did anything about NOTHING I spoke to them about as if they didn’t care . I will not be back and will never recommend
