Wonderful place for a family...

Liked: The rooms were very clean and well appointed. The facility was secure and the staff was very accommodating. The beds were comfortable, and so were the pillows.
Disliked: Nothing

Enjoyable st

Liked: Breakfast was changed up a little every day. The options were above average. The room was not the same room pictured upon online reservation but was a nice room with quality toiletries and a full stocked kitchenette! You could travel light with this hotel and be perfect.Every Staff member we encountered was super nice.
Disliked: The pool was really cold and the area around the pool was very slippery. Hot tub was nice. Pull out bed not the most comfortable.

Liked: Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Good breakfast selection.
Disliked: Uncomfortable sleeper sofa.

Disliked: Staff and management dropped the ball on our extended reservation and the whole situation was handled so poorly. We will never stay here again due to this although the hotel it self we loved! Very very poor customer service and front desk employee that goes by “Michelle”

Liked: Everything about the property it self was great!
Disliked: One specific employee there named Michelle was absolutely horrible. We had an issue with our reservation being extended & miscommunication from the staff themselves & the way she handled the situation was ridiculous! Not only did she hang up in my face 2 different times while trying to figure out what was going on but she was not accommodating what so ever. She refused to help us and was so rude. Luckily the manager ended up taking care of us due to a mistake on their end. Michelle seems like she hates her job and needs to find a new one where she doesn’t have to use her customer service skills that she clearly does not have. Only downside of our stay was having to deal with her.
