Liked: The staff was very nice and tried to help. Our first room we got was very nice. Spacious, clean, and very nice kitchen area. We even had a nice view of the pond area.
Disliked: Our first room we were given the door would not lock. You could push open the door without needing a card to enter. It was a beautiful room. We were moved into what seemed like a down graded room. The 2nd room was one of the pet friendly rooms. It was smaller than our first room, had a smell, rougher looking room, and Kitchen area was rougher. I felt as if we were down graded and it was no fault of our own. It was due to their door not working correctly in the first room. Also if you have a connecting room check the lock. The door that was connected to our room was not locked.
