Liked: The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was very nice. Thank you for the free laundry! The person in charge of the breakfast was very friendly, answered all my questions, kept the food stocked and the place clean.
Disliked: I reserved 3 rooms. The desk clerk assigned us 1 room that was not what we reserved, and the key didn’t work to that room (possibly because she mistakenly gave us the wrong room). But on top of that, before she gave me the keys, she argued with me that 1 of the rooms was not prepaid and insisted I pay. I argued back that all 3 rooms were paid for – which was confirmed in my booking confirmation email. She was very terse. On my booking, I also asked the rooms be near to each other and was sent a text by the hotel that this would be granted. Our original rooms were 303, 318 and 343 – not near each other. The hallway signage is very poor, some were missing, some pointing the wrong direction, so we had difficulty finding our room, at the end of a long hall, in a different wing. There isn’t even a sign in the main lobby pointing to the elevator when you check in. Very few signs at all pointing to the property amenities like the laundry, pool, breakfast space etc.There is no way to summon someone to the front desk. When I walked by someone was waiting. I saw the clerk elsewhere and informed her someone was waiting for her. This should never happen.

Liked: Breakfast was great just wished they had bacon along with the sausage and the location was great!!! Not far drive at all
Disliked: Nothing everything was fine!!
