Overall decent for the price,...
Liked: The beds were comfortable. The pull out sofa bed was not and it Probably needs an upgrade. The breakfast buffet was good. Most kids don’t drink coffee and it would have been nice to have hot cocoa available for them. The one working elevator was slow. Why is there only 1 working elevator for 6 floors? It was ludicrous.Our room ac was nice except at night when it sounds like a car engine was running in our room. We loved the little kitchen but there wasn’t enough silverware for all 5 of us. Our reservation showed 5, and I’m not sure why we were put in a room with only a few pieces of silverware.Also, with 5 of us, there should have been enough towels for 5, but no, only for 3 people. It was nice but there were a lot of little things that could have made our stay better.

Liked: The location is good, clean. Mattress was comfortable
Disliked: We booked a hotel with a tub, we got a shower. We asked for a tub and was told they didn’t have anymore available. I had no hot water. I had to shower with cool water. That made me mad, I don’t like cold showers.Even though it’s a newer hotel, it looks dated
