Great location, friendly staff, great...

Liked: Great close location to airport. Good shuttle service. Loved that they let us check out late since our flight was not leaving till 5pm.
Disliked: Building is dated and could definitely need some improvements.

Liked: It was a beautiful hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! We arrived early so the staff let us use their facilities while we waited for our room to be ready. We took a dip in the Jacuzzi while the kids played basketball! Our room had all the amenities, including a refrigerator with an icemaker, full set of dishes! The staff gave me menus to local places that deliver food and we ate in! The next morning we had to leave before their breakfast time, however they had bagels, muffins, fruit, coffee, and milk that we were able to eat. They have pool towels outside by the pool area along with fresh lemon squeezed ice water that we loved! They sent text messages to let us know when our room would be available and when we could check in! Our room was clean and the beds were comfy and the cable TV was great! I cannot say enough positive things about the staff, anything we needed they had an answer and were ready to help! And when we woke up the next day, they had decorated for Christmas! So festive! I would highly recommend this hotel!
