We enjoyed our stay expect...

Liked: The room was lovely and big enough for the family
Disliked: The breakfast we could not get any and not enough sun beds

Frigid

Liked: The only thing good about this place was the included breakfast every morning.
Disliked: At best we had Luke warm water for our showers maybe one day out of our week stay. When we said something to the front desk the answer we got was that our room was on the opposite side of the property as the boiler and that we needed to let the water warm up. The water never warmed up….Property was definitely nothing like it appeared in the listing.

Great time and room for...

Liked: Everything was good we enjoyed our stay the carpet could us updated but other than that everything is nice
Disliked: Need new carpet in room or but in laminate

Could be better

Liked: The shuttle services was good. I recommend earlier time to Disney and the shuttle should drop off to the theme parks earlier and to all theme park rather that getting another shuttle to go to Disney and we reach late.
Disliked: the breakfast was poor, serving practically the same thing every day with no variations and especially to vegetarians there were no solid breakfast

Liked: Room was nice
Disliked: I didn't like no hot water for shower. Broken elevators caused a pile up on the working one. Breakfast was so over crowded i left.

Pleasant but no hotel or...

Liked: - comfortable beds- Liked that room was quite and spacious most of the time except for someone setting off the fire alarm once in the middle of the morning. - liked the small but full kitchen-Liked it had a pool.- Parking was free- Staff were courteous and happy to help when possible.
Disliked: - Except for the reception which was very basic, the inner courtyard, common spaces, elevators, stairs were either outdated, needed maintenance, worn out or needed replacing in many places. - BIG disappointment was their use of plastic and "STYROFOAM" in the breakfast area every morning. It's unbelievable the plastic waste that is created everyday. All the plates, cups, bowls were all styrofoam. - the laundry room was terrible. Smelly, dirty, dirty machines, no ventilation and most of the time occupied. - the rooms were fine and accommodating but on closer inspection, walls, floors, furniture especially in bathroom needed some TLC.- air conditioning worked but vents/filters in two of the rooms were dust /dirty. - carpets were not vacuumed during our stay, could be because we didn't particularly request it? - lighting was insufficient and quite dim.
