Liked: Very clean and comfortable! Love the property and staff. Excellent service and the front desk and breakfast area staff were super service oriented. We will definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends. Thanks!

Superb

Liked: Nice pool and hot tub, good location close to Old Town. Free breakfast, more extensive than I thought it would be. Suites are great for family. It was clean.

Not my choice of hotel.

Liked: The pool was nice with a bar close to it. The staffs were very friendly and kind.
Disliked: Room was spacious but run down. Insufficient lighting. Lifts were making knocking noise. Breakfast room was kinda small for the size of the property.

Liked: Breakfast was great. Could use a little more seating. The pool was great as well clean and great Vibe.
Disliked: The room was in need of repair. I took several photos . It appeared they may have been some flooding in the bathroom so the door and wall are warped and poorly filled in with patching compound this includes some walls. The carpet from the front room leading to kitchen was repaired with staples ( literally from a stapler) If they come loose it will not be a good outcome if small children are around or your bare foot. The lamps have water stains.

Comfy, no frills hotel near...

Liked: Spacious rooms with comfy king size beds. Good value for money for a hotel near the Disney parks.
Disliked: The breakfast area is far too small for the size of the hotel and there are no real plates/crockery used, just polystyrene which doesn’t make it a very enjoyable experience. It was chaotic at breakfast almost every day of our stay, with people asking to share tables and waiting for ones to free up. Walls of the hotel are very thin - we were woken up by someone else’s alarm very early a few mornings and kept up late by our next door neighbour’s loud tv. The hotel dealt with the noise speedily - sending up security to ask them to be quiet - which was appreciated, but it isn’t the most relaxing place to fall asleep at times.
