Nice rooms, excellent breakfast

Liked: The room was nice. We had a one bedroom suite with a living room & kitchen. Looks just like the pictures. Breakfast was excellent, front desk staff is excellent. Close to lots of restaurant options.
Disliked: We used the pullout sofa and the additional linens provided were pretty worn and stiff.

Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: There was a telephone but it was not hooked up to anything and I had to go down to talk to staff. Tv was froze. Fridge did not work. Pool was freezing cold so we could not swim. Elevator did not work on check out.

Liked: Great location by Childrens hospital, very convenient for us.
Disliked: They offer a discount for the hospital stays, but was not offered the discount when I booked and told them we were going to Childrens hospital. I was reminded by a different front desk gal to be sure and mention the hospital stay next time we booked though.

Liked: The only good thing was the room.
Disliked: I booked the room for a hospital stay for my child and we were looking forward to the pool. I booked the room a week before and no where did it say it wasn’t up and usable. The evening we checked into the hotel the lady at the front desk said very rudely that the pool isn’t available right now. I said at all?? She repeated very rudely again the pool isn’t available right now. I said well that’s unfortunate since it was the main reason for getting the hotel. The night staff lady at the front desk was very rude and acted almost like we were annoying or bothering her. I didn’t feel welcome at all there and I don’t plan on staying again. The breakfast wasn’t anything to brag about either. I was very disappointed by the stay mostly due to the lady at the front desk. Our room was perfectly fine but it almost felt like we were staying at an in laws home who really didn’t want us there.
