Liked: Great gym,amazing breakfast,close to restaurants. The front desk agent in the evening was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: They didn’t receive my booking reservation. So I had to cancel my booking and book straight through their property. So I was charged twice and am still waiting on my refund. This though is not their fault. It’s more a booking.com issue. They don’t list on their website that they have had burglary issues in the area at all the hotels. We didn’t have any trouble but that still is never a plus to have to worry about your vehicle.

Bilegerent Desk Girl "Diamond"

Liked: Good Breakfast & Fellowship Area ! Room was nice & very nice amenities.
Disliked: Desk girl "Miss Diamond" was Very Disrespectful, Hateful, and unresponsive to our problem with our Room #412.The AC was Not Working. When called, she said she knew the AC was Not Working. (The wall AC Unit was 240V) & there was not a 240V outlet in the room.The thermostat (of course) did not do anything. We had set it to 70 deg. & it never changed the temp from 76 deg.. There were no vents in the entire, other than in the disconnected wall AC.Miss Diamond told me that we must have turned the thermostat done to 60 deg. & Froze Up the Unit. How Dumb ?? The unit is not even hooked up & there is NO VENTS in Room #412. When asked to look at the room & show us the Vents, Miss Diamond hatefully refused!!Miss Diamond said there was no other rooms available and she refused to compensate us for the room. She even threatened to make us leave the Motel, without compensating us for the room, because I was not accepting her stupid comments. I asked to speak with her manager & She Refused to give me her Manager's Contact Info.We had numerous of our families staying at Staybridge Suites, for this Family Reunion! However, if we do not get favorable response to this issue, we will Never use Staybridge for our Family Reunions again !!!

Liked: Breakfast was good wish we had a few more things to pick from for those who didnt eat pork. Overall was very good what they offered. Rooms and the space was great.
