Poor and very old furniture...

Liked: Room quality and furniture is very old and worn out.It may have been cleaned but the use and worn out made it look dirty. We paid over $350 per night for a very bad and poor room quality.
Disliked: Carpet in hallways was ripped and very old.Room furniture, sofa and chairs was very work out and old. Too much use

Liked: Staff in breakfast area were very friendly and worked very hard to present a good selection of breakfast items. They are an asset to the hotel.
Disliked: This hotel needs a complete renovation. The bathrooms are a mess.Shower head broken, paint peeling in tubs. Public halls carpet is bubbling up and one can easily trip on them. Not even a kettle in the room and coffee maker was broken.The black out drapes were torn and did not function. There is not enough seating in the breakfast area when hotel is full. It was advertised as recently renovated, but it definitely was not.

Disliked: Very outdated and didn’t seem well kept such as pool and rooms. Very over priced for the actual quality of the hotel and rooms.

Liked: This property was more than expected. We expected a suite with just a bed, couch and fridge but instead received an entire cozy apartment. It was a overall a very comfortable stay! Thank you very much for the services and the complimentary perks as an IHG member. Super grateful, Thanks again

Disliked: It seems to be like a lot of hotels/suites since Covid, it could do with a refresh, some parts of the rooms and social areas are looking a little tired.
