Liked: The rooms were nice and comfortable. The staff was excellent.
Disliked: We had asked for a two bedroom suite with a roll in shower, we did not have a roll in shower which made it difficult for my wife to shower. The carpeting had many splits and was bunched up which was a tripping hazard.

Basic services, pleasant stay overall.

Liked: Friendly staff at the reception, restaurant and the maintenance guy.
Disliked: We had to request room service daily, no one would empty the bins if we didn’t ask for it. We stayed for over a week, and cleaning service was offered once during our stay, however they would make up the bed and empty the bins if we asked before we leave for the day. Our room was located just above the outdoor seating area and fire pit, most night were noisy while gests gathered till early hours of the morning.

Liked: Pool was ok. Nice laundry facilities.
Disliked: Very dated! Everything needs replacing, save your money and stay at the Towneplace Suites across the street. Place was very dingy and old. Breakfast was not great. Our room was next to the elevator so it was extremely noisy, wouldn't stay again.
