Very friendly, helpful, professional staff. Clean spacious room. Nicely groomed grounds. Convenient to airport and surrounding areas via major roads/highways. Obviously well managed.

Liked: It was very clean and modern. Loved having the extra space of a suite.
Disliked: I feel that there should be at least one floor that is pet free.

Liked: Very clean and organized. People at the desk we amazing and quick to check in .
Disliked: fire alarm had a glitch and the carpet on all floors were wet due to roof leaking ! the alarms contistanly were set off and my son that has a speech delay struggled to get the rest he needed we had to leave the same day . we did not expect it to but we needed to leave to avoid sleep interruptions.

Disliked: I really don't like that I had to paid deposit on the room for damage. I wish I would have been informed about this before I got there.

Disliked: Fire alarm malfunction at 7 am, and numerous times after that,, elevators shut down during it. made for a bad morning
