Comfortable overnight stay with decent...

Liked: The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good in comparison to other like hotels.
Disliked: Nothing.

Exceptional

Disliked: The swimming pool the realing was broken which was not safe the water was not the cleanest

Well it's quite expensive .

Liked: It's accessible and big.
Disliked: The heater is very noisy and woke up at night . Guess something wrong with the heater . Need to be fixed . The breakfast foods they served has not so much selection we were expecting .

Disliked: Very noisy heat/air unit preventing good sleep. Broken down sofa made sitting uncomfortable.

Liked: Very nice staff. Room was a good size. Very comfortable bed. We enjoyed the breakfast.
Disliked: The room had wear on carpets and drapes with frayed edges.

Bad

Liked: Decent breakfast included, indoor pool and gym was a plus
Disliked: Got woken up at 330 in the morning, sounded like the pipes groaning or some awful noise. The noise happened about every 30 seconds making it’s impossible to sleep. After about 30-40 minutes I turned on some white noise on my phone and put one pillow over my head to drowned out the noise. When I mentioned to the front desk staff in the morning she said I should have called down to the front desk staff so they could have sent someone to take a look. Not really the solution I would have went for when I have my son was in the room, to have someone coming in to investigate the noise or switch rooms. (thank goodness he is a heavy sleeper, although the noise did eventually also wake him up also)I wouldn’t stay here again for this reason. There is also a lot of areas missed by cleaning staff, the baseboards in the bathroom probably never get cleaned, shower was not cleaned that well, extra sheet or pillow case behind a chair (we left it in the same place for who knows how long it was there.), no sheets for the pull out bed (which makes me wonder if it was looked at after the last use).
