Disappointing

Liked: Cleaning staff was the best and friendliest. One lady staff member at the front desk who went above and beyond on helping me get situated. I only had a wallet card due to having all my bank accounts hacked that week. She was able to assist me. Update my information. I was checked in immediately. She was there Monday-Thursday.
Disliked: Parking. They're not responsible for your vehicle parked there. No security. I'm handicap and I was scolded for my 8 year old getting my milk at breakfast. The staff member said I have to get it. When checking out the 2 lady's checking me out kept saying I had to have a bank card. I explained I only had a wallet due to being hacked. After almost one hour of the two women taking forever to check me out I asked if I could pay with cash. That took them forever to count. I don't believe that they've worked with cash ever. This is all happening while I had my family waiting in my van.
