Liked: Location was great but rooms were to bright for sleeping
Disliked: To much outside light came into room

Liked: I like this facility and have not had any issues until this stay.
Disliked: My room was without heat, as well as the hallway for nearly two full days of my stay. I was told there were no other rooms like what I had to move me. The entire second day was spent with maintenance in and out of my room replacing the heat and air unit. I was told they would submit something for me to get a couple nights credited but I have not received anything confirming this to date. I payed full price and am disappointed with the follow through. I understand there are problems and I was not upset. I only thought it fair to comp my first two days as it was very cold in my room and hallway. The week that I stayed, temperatures were in the 20's and I'm just thankful I had extra blankets.

Liked: The towels are clean. The kitchen is fine. the Bed size is OK. Parking is no problem.
Disliked: Trash box is small. An electric kettle and Frying pans would be appreciated. The air condition is noisy.
