Not what we expected
Liked: The staff was very friendly but the front desk employee could have used some help. He was so kind and helpful but for as much as it cost to stay, they could afford another employee. At least during 4p-8p or 3:30p-7:30p. The room was decently clean. T.V. were a great size. Really enjoy the walk-in shower.
Disliked: With only 1 person at the front desk, it made for extremely long wait times and room for errors. We booked 1br king suit to sleep my husband and I, and the kids on the sofa. At first, he put us in the wrong room and said he would bring us the key for the correct room. That left us waiting for about 20 minutes in the warm hallway, sweating, with 2 kids, all our bags, and needing to use the bathroom after our drive. Finally, my husband went down to get the key, but then he was trying to put us in a room with 2 queens, but eventually got it right. It took us over an hour to finally get the right room, which took an hour away for us to swim. Which is why we booked in the first place. It was my daughter's birthday and she wanted to swim. Unfortunately, the pool was FREEZING! My daughter and her friend lasted as long as they could, but their lips were turning blue. It honestly doesn't make sense to keep it open year round without a heater and should definitely be listed on the website that it's not heated. We would have booked elsewhere if we'd known, instead of having 2 very cold and disappointed girls. Especially on her birthday. Also, it wouldn't be a bad idea for the person working the bar to be able to help check out guests when they're purchasing from the little pantry. I had to wait over 20 minutes to get us drinks to go with our dinner because of there only being one person at the desk. My family was finished before I got back and my dinner was lukewarm. Again, he was very friendly, but there should be 2 people during peek, check-in time. We also only had 3 towels and 2 washcloths for a room that is supposed to sleep 4, per the website. The bedding for the pullout sofa was also missing a blanket and a pillow. We chose not to go back to the front desk because we had already wasted so much time there, and it was taking away from my daughter's 1 night Nashville birthday trip.

Liked: I've personally worked in hotels and stayed in 100s. This was by far the best staff and hotel cleanliness I've ever seen. It was worth more than what we paid. Very safe and up to date. This is a Nashville must stay.
Disliked: That i had to leave. It was wonderful.
