Liked: Staff friendly, the am breakfast seemed run out of items

We definitely recommend and will...

Liked: The rooms are amazing! Spacious, with SO many amenities---we loved it and felt pampered.
Disliked: Breakfast was fine, a decent selection. On Sunday some of the other guests were TOO piggy with the bacon so we missed out---with TWO servings! (Rolled eyes here!) I don't know how to fix that though. The staff were all quite cordial.

Disliked: Room was dirty, carpet, was dirty worn out, couch had pee stains and dirty, furnace door in master bedroom was dirty and covered in dust

Disliked: Stayed 2 days. Towels were not replenished. No one came to make bed or empty trash.

Good but disappointed,pool not open.

Disliked: Dishes,pots and pans were very dirty. Not sure why staff would not check to make sure pots and pans were not clean for us as the next guest. Food caked on every pan. Needed scrubbing to remove food residue. Bathroom sink appeared to have had someone smash it with a sledge hammer. Carpet,where it met tile was frayed excessively. It wouldn't take very much to make it much,much better. Disappointing,but the good outweighed the bad. Excellent staff,very pleasant and helpful.

Liked: Location..nice looking suite
Disliked: Under staffed..room never cleaned..one person at desk running the whole ops..heard of elephants on floor above and pool closed without any notification.
