Liked: The staff was very nice .
Disliked: Well I was in 329 and it was very dirty and the furniture was worn out, ripped up and stained. Only two pots for it to be a full kitchen. And most of all the pool was closed. I did not say it on the site or Booking.com very disappointed.

Liked: The breakfast was actually great. There were so many options to choose from. It wasn't just your normal continental breakfast. It was really good.
Disliked: The staff at the front counter did not seem friendly and welcoming. We had an 8 month old baby with us and she made a little mess right through the diaper and through her pajamas. We asked that they please change our sheets and that we were really sorry about that. They gave us quite the attitude about it. It got to be dinner time and they still hadn't changed the sheets, so when we asked about it, the front desk clerk gave us new sheets and told us to change the sheets ourselves. We were paying over $200/night and we have to change our own sheets because the baby had a "blow out" if you know what I mean. It certainly wasn't anything that could have been prevented. Another piece of this is that the pool was down. We made these reservations 6 months prior to our stay. The biggest reason we chose this hotel was because they had a pool. I feel like we should have been notified of this prior to coming so we had an opportunity the make other arrangements. Instead, we find out when we get there. Obviously it was too late to cancel and find someplace else. In addition, the carpet on the floor was disgustingly filthy. It was nasty. Other areas of the room were clean, it was just the carpet floor that was bad. But with an 8 month old, that made things difficult.
