Great Location! Clean Comfortable Room.

Liked: I have stayed at this location many times visiting family. The staff is always friendly, rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. I don't always take advantage of the breakfast or happy hour times. I prefer the kitchenette and cooking my own meals. The rooms are plenty big. I like the free laundry. It is in a great location, right off the interstate and close to shopping and restaurants.
Disliked: I really don't have any complaints. Everything is always as expected. If I had to comment on one thing, just for those that are looking for a location that is walkable to shopping and restaurants, there are sidewalks for walking, however, all the shopping and restaurants are on the other side of the interstate. It's not super far, just would need to plan accordingly.

Liked: Windows had ice accumulation on inside of windows on cold mornings. Bath tub has a permanent water stain . Breakfast was adequate. Mary, cook and hostess for breakfast, is wonderful. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The $75 charge for an early check-in is unacceptable. There are many other hotel options with no such goofy policy. As long as this policy is in place, I will no longer stay at an IHG property.
