Liked: Large room, location to family we were visiting, breakfast buffet, pool, comfortable lobby, friendly staff

Liked: Room was clean, comfortable and large. Pool area was nice. Slept well despite a little noise from the guest upstairs.
Disliked: A little noise from the guest upstairs. And the eggs were burnt.

Very good

Liked: As a Brit, the waffle machine at breakfast was absolutely mind blowing. I had waffles every morning. My room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, I like my mattress a little firmer so it was perfect.
Disliked: Clutching at straws here, the gym could do with a bit more machinery. For the price, you really can't complain though.

It was a quick trip...

Liked: I love this hotel, we always like to stay places that have a bedroom and then a living room and a kitchen set up, it’s just easier and more room to breathe. The rooms were clean, they do breakfast, the gym was nice to use as well as my kids loved the pool. The hotel is near a bunch of different restaurants so it gives everyone the opportunity to have something different or new, and there’s also a grocery store across the street which was so nice. There were two employees that were phenomenal at their job, they were so welcoming and just friendly.
Disliked: The fire alarms kept going off, and it must be a normal thing because as they are going off and I’m trying to get my family out of the room the staff just waved me off like it was an accident, which fine one time ok, multiple times throughout the weekend I finally asked the front desk if we needed to be worried or what they responded with “no, someone was having a get together and it kept going off because of them” not sure how that’s just something others need to be ok with at 5am especially when you have a child with special needs, it’s scary once to hear, but four or five times, unnecessary. The lady who checked me in was a total brat, in every way possible seemed extremely annoyed just by checking me in, and I’m social awkward and get nervous talking to anyone more then I have to so I wasn’t being excessive I just wanted to check in, I prepaid for my room so it would be less stress and work for everyone when we checked in, then my room key wouldn’t work and I’m pretty sure it was my fault because I put it by my phone, and it deactivated it, however when i had to get a new one the staff didn’t ask me my name or anything they just asked me my room number, and made a new one, twice, two different employees, that alone stressed me out thinking any random could just say their key didn’t work and get a new one without any info on who’s in the room.

Great experience.
