Very good

Overpriced for what i paid...

Liked: They let me do a early check in so i could rest for ultra miami music festival later in a few hours. The Front Desk staff were really nice and was able to get me water and some more towels. The House keeping came everyday to ask if i have any trash to be taken out. The Hotel was clean too and there were no cockroaches.
Disliked: I didn't like that their computer crashed and double charged my credit card. I had to speak to the manager to have it resolved. The kitchen pots and pans were lackluster as well. I had to go to ross to buy a pot just to cook my instant noodles.

It wa OK

Liked: Bath wasn’t well clean and the carpet smells mold. The A/C unit should be stronger. Breakfast was ok. Some Appliances were in poor conditions.

Liked: Had cockroach’s this time I didn’t see them last time.

Pleasant enviroment and comfortable.

Liked: Very comfortable, well laid out. Everything worked. I'm not sure how I got my Firestick connected but it did work. A non stick saucepan is needed and the coffee maker needed a cleaning flush. The food, breakfast was deplorable. Got a spongy bun with my burger at H I next door. The maid service was unpredictable but they responded well. Fotis was pleasant and helpful.

Exceptional

Very comfortable for us.

Liked: comfortable, loved the kitchen in the suite. Happy hour was awesome
Disliked: No heater, could use a face lift, was a bit dated.

Will not be using this...

Liked: Was close to my work
Disliked: Very dirty, Bathroom shower clogged, their policy is one towel per person?!? Also on top if the very late check un at 4pm - we checked an entire hour later. Breakfast “restaurant “ was by far the most terrible place I have ever seen- not once there was food selection, no plates or forks arround, so bad.
