Liked: The rooms were clean and very quiet. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The breakfast was not as good as it was in past stays. The food was not warm and there was no cutlery available. The hot tub was not in service.

Liked: Staff was friendly. Beds were comfy.
Disliked: Gym was under renovation and we weren’t notified before our stay.

Disliked: I was on the bottom floor and the window did not lock, which does not feel secure. I was also uncomfortable during check in, when the employee had to walk to the room to “check that it was clean” claiming housekeeping hadn’t marked it as such. I was checking in several hours after check in time began, so that could have been addressed earlier and there was just something about a male employee walking into the room before checking me in felt very off. The employee at the desk also announced my room number out loud while I was signing the form for a pet, which I am also uncomfortable with and prefer when I am just handed my cards where the room number is written. Overall, just did not feel comfortable or safe.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Under renovation - not a little renovation completely tore up from the floor up in the lobby and hallways. Sheetrock dust everywhere, including in rooms, unable to walk down certain hallways due to tiles drying, packaged breakfast was available but honestly, better food could be had from the gas station. There was no staff to greet us upon check-in and I waited for more than 20 minutes before someone came to the desk. There was sign stating to use the house phone and dial 0 for assistance but there was no house phone, likely due to construction.

Disliked: Limited breakfast due to lobby construction, was not disclosed until after booking
