Exceptional

Liked: It was very pretty and clean
Disliked: I don’t like the fact that they charge for parking. How are you gonna charge for a room plus for a parking spot ridiculous these kinds of hotels I will never stay out again.

It was good!!

Liked: The amenities, good location with food near by, friendly staff. There were social hour with snacks.
Disliked: The bathtub could be renovated. Looks older

5 star experience. Highly recommend!

Liked: Excellent staff, breakfast was exceptional for 3 kids ( two under 5), all around season experience.

Your accommodations were good staff...

Liked: The beds were nice temperature controls. The room was nice.
Disliked: The rooms were never came in and cleaned while we were there. And pain to park my car overnight was outrageous.

Worn out hotel

Disliked: Well, let's just say the hotel is worn out. The cabinets in our room had finish worn off, as did the doors. Carpet also worn out, It is just a tired hotel. Our room had a distinct odor, and it was not pleasant. The treadmill was broken in the gym, and there were no tiles. 1 of the dryers had the handle broken off so had to use a knife to pry it open to get our laundry. The entire place needs a refresh. Breakfast was OK, not much variety. Also, beware they charge 10.00 a day parking in the suburbs never se3n that before. Overall, 1 star spend a little more and stay in a better hotel. I expect better from a Staybridge and IHG.

Liked: Loved the Christmas decorations throughout the lobby area. The location was perfect for what we needed.
Disliked: There were three of us and there was no bedding for the pullout sofa. We called and the receptionist said she would bring it to us. We ended up having to go and find her. There was a mess up and we didn’t get the entire bedding that we needed. We had to go back downstairs to find her to tell her that we needed both fitted and flat sheets. When we got back to our room she had giving us all pillow cases. I really can’t put all of the blame on her. There should have been another staff there especially so close to Christmas with so many traveling.
