It was a nice day!

Liked: The property is conveniently located close to where I needed to be. They did have a beautiful Christmas tree.
Disliked: No hot water needed to go next-door to shower, my room was not cleaned or I was not asked if I wanted to cleaned on several days however, I did opt out for a few days, I’m not for sure why you guys don’t have face towels that seem to be a struggle.

Liked: Close to the airport and has shuttle plus close to the Carnival cruise port and has continental breakfast to start our day.

Our stay was short, but...

Liked: The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was very clean, smelled good and had nice ac/heating - not some clunky unit under the window. Breakfast was very good, nice variety. Location was convenient to airport.
Disliked: N/A

Very poor

Disliked: We didn't have water in the rooms, due to a major leak. Couldn't use the restroom or brush our teeth in the morning, and they offered no compensation! The breakfast buffet that is included was also closed due to the leak.

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was basic and bland. There were other cafes and restaurants nearby that offered better options.

Exceptional

Liked: Comfortable and quiet. The laundry room was free. The kitchen appliances were good quality.
Disliked: Breakfast was okay,but I could be bias. I eat Asian food for breakfast, so it could be good for people who like American breakfast. I just cooked my own dish in my room.
