Disliked: We were suppose to have 3 beds. Only got 2 beds. The tv had no internet so could only watch cable TV. The 3rd TV didn't have a remote. Couldn't use it. The staff didn't come to clean our room or stock us with towels. We were there for 2 nights with 5 people

Disliked: We were disappointed to check into the room and find that the cleaner didn’t mop the urine spots around commode and the kitchen floor was crummy. The cleaner didn’t do a proper cleaning job.

Liked: Hotel recently renovated. Nice fresh feeling rooms. House cleaning spotless. All staff very friendly. Good value. Good choice for breakfast buffet.
Disliked: Layout of room not intuitive. Heater was right by the bed, blowing in your face as you slept and noisy if you’re trying to sleep. Room could be rearranged to rectify this by putting the bed on another wall. Also, the sink is not in the toilet/bathroom, but in an alcove right next to the bed so a person has no privacy if another person is on/in the bed. No kettle in room to make tea except a large coffee maker with no instructions. There was a kitchenette and dishes but no cutlery in the room. The induction stove worked well. Need more signs on corridor walls, directing people to the room numbers, and exits for safety. Breakfast should run a bit longer than 9 a.m. - not everyone staying there is in a hurry to get out. Though a good choice in breakfast buffet, hot items almost uneatable as had been hanging around.
