Liked: We had a previous excellent experience at this hotel, and especially appreciated the delicious breakfast, so we booked it again for two rooms for this trip. We like having a kitchen. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed.
Disliked: We had several issues this time that might keep us from staying there again.1. The heating didn't work until we had been in the room for several hours (in December).2. When my husband tried to ring the front desk from the room to get assistance with heating issues, the room phone kept routing his call to the hotel next door. It took going down to the lobby to realize this and speak to someone in the hotel we were staying in.3. Parking is quite limited and we were lucky to fit into the last spot available.4. One of our rooms had a bed and a sofa bed, but bedding wasn't provided for the sofa bed, so we had to request it and make it up, even though we had specifically booked to have a sofa bed.

Liked: At first glance you would not expect much but the hotel has got everything you need for a significantly less cost than most. Relatively new. Fresh clean and tidy.
Disliked: I arrived at about 11 and although my room was available I could only check in for extra £30 which I opted out of . Something worth changing , considering its airport so people are coming over at all hours and are tired. £10 extra seems reasonable , even £15. £30, however not so much

First, the parking situation can be inconvenient—finding a spot sometimes involves circling around and then walking a long distance with heavy bags, which is not an ideal start or end to any day. Additionally, while the staff members themselves were friendly, there seemed to be gaps in availability during peak hours or late evenings, especially on the catering side. The food, though served with a smile, lacked variety, nutrition, and creativity, and no restaurant or robust room service options were available to fill that gap. Given the hotel’s level of luxury, I believe adding more comprehensive dining services and ensuring sufficient staffing—particularly when most guests are settling down—would greatly enhance the overall experience.
