Liked: The bedding and the bed were pretty comfortable.
Disliked: The refrigerator was making a loud noise all through the night, the a/c doesn’t work very good, staff called me at 8:00 pm the day of my reservation to let me know that booking.com over booked the rooms and they didn’t have my reserved room available but that he could give me a smaller room. When we got to the property the guy at the desk then said some staff had quit that day and they didn’t have a 2bedroom suite clean which was the size I had reserved. He was kind enough to give us 2 queen rooms but that’s not what we wanted. After driving eleven hours and being 20 min away from the hotel we had reserved ahead of time, it is very frustrating to get that phone call. Then to top it off I couldn’t get through to anyone at booking.com so we took what the hotel had.

Disliked: Your company messed up the booking. Thankfully, for me, the front desk clerk remedied. He was over the top helpful and professional. But, your service, or lack of, has made me greatly question any future use of your app and company

Liked: They changed our room to facilitate my husband’s inability to walk any distance.We were able to park almost right outside our room very helpful. Your halls are VERLY long. Free laundry!Wonderful staff
Disliked: The dog walk area was dirty (dog poo) the special dog box which should supply bags, was empty. The garbage was FULL.We had an AD room with shower. I understand that floors need to be flat to roll into if you are in a wheelchair. But for those who can stand, the water leaks out to the entire bathroom floor. I had to use towels in the floor to stem the flow of water

Disliked: The front desk person was really rude . He was very unprofessional on customer service . He was upset because he said there was a sign that said he will Be back that he would be on a floor . And found him in the kitchen . We were tired and arrived around 9:30 exhausted and just needed to get checked in . He asked for the last name in a very rude tone of voice rushing me . And pointed out the sign .There were also roaches in the tub and by the mirror in our room . Very disgusted. This hotel had a 8.4 star review and to me it more like a 3.
