Liked: Outside ok .
Disliked: The front desk person was really rude . He was very unprofessional on customer service . He was upset because he said there was a sign that said he will Be back that he would be on a floor . And found him in the kitchen . We were tired and arrived around 9:30 exhausted and just needed to get checked in . He asked for the last name in a very rude tone of voice rushing me . And pointed out the sign .There were also roaches in the tub and by the mirror in our room . Very disgusted. This hotel had a 8.4 star review and to me it more like a 3.

Disliked: Hallways were a bit dark and out dated

Great stay for travelers in...

Liked: Very nice facility with easy access to the freeway. Excellent breakfast, spacious room and comfortable bed.
Disliked: We needed to do laundry and were pleased that they offer laundry room use at no charge. What was an issue was that 2 of the 3 washers did not work. We were able to get the laundry done with the 1 working washer, just took longer. No problems with the dryers. We did report this to the Manager at checkup so that they can get repairs done.

I would recommend!!
