Liked: The bedding and the bed were pretty comfortable.
Disliked: The refrigerator was making a loud noise all through the night, the a/c doesn’t work very good, staff called me at 8:00 pm the day of my reservation to let me know that booking.com over booked the rooms and they didn’t have my reserved room available but that he could give me a smaller room. When we got to the property the guy at the desk then said some staff had quit that day and they didn’t have a 2bedroom suite clean which was the size I had reserved. He was kind enough to give us 2 queen rooms but that’s not what we wanted. After driving eleven hours and being 20 min away from the hotel we had reserved ahead of time, it is very frustrating to get that phone call. Then to top it off I couldn’t get through to anyone at booking.com so we took what the hotel had.

Disliked: Your company messed up the booking. Thankfully, for me, the front desk clerk remedied. He was over the top helpful and professional. But, your service, or lack of, has made me greatly question any future use of your app and company
