Liked: Zues and Summer were the nicest people. We are staying here because I had a house fire and they have just made this so much better. Their attitudes to the work they do is refreshing and I really thank them both for being so kind.

Liked: The breakfast was good. But only one girl working and it was the weekend. She really needed some help but did the best she could.

Liked: Staff was friendly. The room was clean, appropriately appointed and space to spread out. Workout room had equipment in working order.
Disliked: 1st night was fairly quiet, 2nd night had a lot of kids jumping around and singing until 12:30 AM, 3rd night had another guest screaming in the hallway in pain at 5:15 AM. Just thinking no one has any common curtesy! General maintenance is needed. Side outside door didn't work with your key card. Sidewalks were not shoveled and floors were pretty slippery coming in from outside. I took a look at the pool and it didn't look clean enough to swim in. Very murky water.

The room was not bad...

Liked: The room was a good size.
Disliked: First off I was told it would be 332 for 2 nights. They charged me 414$ second our room got flooded and my bags got soaked.
