Disliked: I booked a two bedroom suite. Only one person working the desk and it took about 25 minutes for them to get one family checked in before me. Once checked in, we were sent to a room that appeared to be occupied. The door was locked on the inside with the privacy lock, there was trash laying around. Went back down to the counter and waited over an hour for someone to come help. Called and heard the phone ring from inside a dark and empty office. Finally another employee showed up. She found the room dirty from a stay that ended the day before. She sent us to a much smaller room where we had to share a bedroom. She promised a refund, which never happened. While we were at the counter waiting, we met several guests who were checked into rooms without towels. In the end I paid for something I didn’t get and experienced service that was incredibly lacking.

Liked: 2 bedroom suites are very large and spacious Bed was comfortable QuietEnjoyed the social hour with complimentary beer, wine and food.
Disliked: Long walk to room A few tiny bugs in kitchen
