The stay was great but...

Liked: Location was good and the rooms were clean
Disliked: The property didn’t have a jacuzzi and it didn’t have ice maker on the floors and I didn’t get the room i requested

It was a pleasant stay....

Liked: The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was well maintained and comfortable. I would stay here again.
Disliked: Someone accidentally dropped their plate of food near the elevator. When he went to show the staff and asked for help cleaning it up, the woman was very upset and said "Ughhh! Let me see if I can get someone." She was very rude and as a bystander, it made me feel uncomfortable.QR codes for tipping staff were all over the hotel. It was a bit repetitive.

Liked: The hotel was clean and spacious, the rooms were comfortable and the location very convenient to go to my company.
Disliked: I was not informed correctly on the credit card charges, on my arrival the front desk asked me for a credit card to guarantee the stay, informing the y will only charge 10% but they charged the total stay of 3.1k US$ on the second day which caused me to anticipate the whole amount.The cleaning system was not consistent, they changed every day the towels which was not really necessary, but did not clean the WC
