Best hotel we have stayed...

Liked: This hotel is so fancy and clean. The staff are also amazing! Oh and don’t even get me started on the breakfast! I wish I could give this place 100 stars! They really went above and beyond!
Disliked: I would only say that I didn’t like how the other guests kept blocking the doorway making us uncomfortable while we brought all of our things inside but that isn’t the hotels fault. Just the other guest didn’t have manners. There was another guest that was really rude at breakfast as well. I just didn’t understand how she could be so grumpy while staying in such an amazing place like this.

Liked: i got a chance to explore the outside and walk around the area.
Disliked: Missed out on the complimentary snacks that they used to have inside the room.

Liked: Breakfast was good, but needs more variety. Location was convenient for our needs.
Disliked: The bathroom configuration is not good. First the door swings way too close to the bed/nightstand. Also, I like the closet outside the bathroom and the toilet to be a separate space. More wall hooks needed.

Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: Front desk girl (Asian) was very impersonal . She did not speak unless giving us our room key.Kitchen dishwasher bottom filthy. Asked cleaning girl to please clean it out.Garbage disposal clogged up, had to have maintenance come fix it.

Liked: The staff were exceptionally helpful. Rooms were very clean and sizeable. The general facilities were excellent.
