Disliked: We were told the pool was open from 6am to 11pm and checkout was 12pm. In the morning we took the kids down to the pool and it was closed. Didn't open until 11. Told the kids we'd come.back at 11 when it opened so they could swim for a bit before we checked out and then we were I formed that checkout was 11 as well. No one knew what was going on.

Liked: The breakfast was decent, you could definitely eat until full.
Disliked: I was quoted $301 through booking.com, however the hotel charged me $321, don't know where the extra $20 came from. The room lacked hand soap, there were nail clippings on the carpet and a bug in the fridge. For $130 per night, I expected more.

I will NOT BE BACK!

Liked: Literally a infestation of ants in our room couldn’t sit nothing down on the table without it getting ate up with ants, the toilet wouldn’t stop clicking and two of the woman bosses that were in charge was very rude and judgmental I don’t know if it’s because I’m black or if it’s because I’m part of the LGBTQ community or if it’s because I am a thicker woman and I had on shorts but why did these ladies tell me while I was waiting for my fiancé to come get my things for me at front these peasants had the audaicity to tell me that I wasn’t welcomed in THE PUBLIC LOBBY, and could not give me a valid reason as to why she just said to leave from the lobby. Disgusting this is NOT the 1900’s.

Definitely a top hotel

Liked: The room was spacious and very clean. The light dinner during social hour and breakfast was delicious. The courtyard was perfect to sit outside and relax.
Disliked: They were working on the pool and it was extremely hot in there.
