Give this hotel a 10. Will definitely look to stay in other Staybridges wherever I travel. Next visit to Houston will definitely stay there again. Love love love it!

Disliked: Locked out of room, keys did not work. We checked in, left out and when we returned keys would not work. Even had 3 more redone

Liked: The breakfast was lovely with good options
Disliked: The sofa bed mattress was awful and not sleep able and the hotel didn’t provide bedding for it so had to ask for extras

Disliked: we stayed for 11 days and dint go out on most days till evening, cleaning was a bit of an issue, as the housekeeping didnt even want to do basic cleaning like changing sheets/removing thrash when we are in the room
