Give this hotel a 10. Will definitely look to stay in other Staybridges wherever I travel. Next visit to Houston will definitely stay there again. Love love love it!

Liked: Everything - our room was clean, comfortable and felt like home.

Loved it!!

Liked: Front desk was over and beyond, welcoming and comforting. Room and bathroom was extremely clean . Bed was comfortable, Ac worked well. All in all a wonderful experience.
Disliked: Felt like cleaning service was rushing us to come out of the room knocked at 10:30, 10:45(opened the door as well)1:00 to tell us check was at 12 or can we come out now for them to clean.

Disappointing

Liked: The breakfast was lovely with good options
Disliked: The sofa bed mattress was awful and not sleep able and the hotel didn’t provide bedding for it so had to ask for extras
