Besides the minor battery issue...

Liked: The convenience of having a Shuttle drive us to MD anderson. Both drivers were excellent!
Disliked: Couldn’t get batteries for the TV. They were out and said they wouldn’t get any in until the next day.

Great location and great staff,...

Liked: Staff, location, shuttle to NRG.
Disliked: Not completely clean.

Overalls it was a great...

Liked: It was very clean beautiful Christmas decorations. The breakfast was good and it was around a lot of eating places and only 15 minutes from the Galleria
Disliked: There was no extra sheets and towels and the lady that was there was rude when we asked for extra stuff

Liked: Location was great for our needs. Check-in guy was very understanding and accommodating with early check-in. Place very clean and met our needs
Disliked: Communication between staff/shifts could have been better. For example, we were booked for two nights. When it became obvious we were going to arrive early - about 0900 on the first day - I called to make a booking for the night before and left a specific message to a) make sure it was noted that we were not arriving until the next day at 0900 and b) we get the same room for all booked nights. I called to double check this the night before we were to arrive (the new first night) and was informed by a different staff member that it was ok but that there were two bookings for this new first night, so she cancelled one of them. When we arrived at 0900 as planned, a third staff member could find no record of this and had no clue as to what I was talking about. However, he was understanding, considerate, said there was a room available, and we could check in early anyway. We ended up lucking out as we only paid for the original two nights rather the expected three, but, if we could not have checked in early, we would have to spend hours hanging around till 3. All boils down to communication.
