Liked: When we arrived. Front desk was really nice, they even sent up fresh baked cookies for my birthday due to me talking about why we were in Houston besides dropping my daughter off to school.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that my daughter got stuck in an elevator for almost 30 min or longer, fore depts were called amd everything and there was no sign stating it was broken, even though other gueststated they reported it.. I was told that the Mgr would reach out and that never happened and when I reached out, I was told by her, ahe would call me back amd to this day, I still haven't spoken to her. Horrible customer service, no one even tried to accommodate us after the situation. Just poor service.

Not good.

Disliked: We were unable to stay at the hotel for the majority of our trip then was lied to about the power being on and it wasn’t and I had my daughter with me burning up. No water to shower or wash our hands as well.

This is a great place...

Liked: The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had from other nice hotels…(fresh fruit, hot breakfast, all the other things that other hotels have… etc.)
Disliked: We had to flip a breaker in our room for it to work and the coffee pot was broke… but they made everything good with a smile!
