Disliked: There were roaches in the building. The front desk manager and one staff member were rude and unprofessional. Asked for a wake-up call but none was given. There was a strong smell of Marijuana in the hall directly behind the reception desk and the worker was unresponsive when I alerted her. Also the place needs to be exterminated and offer better breakfast options. Very disappointing for this brand.

Liked: Very comfortable beds and well maintained, good choice of breakfast. Really enjoyed my stay here.
Disliked: Didn’t have room available which initially booked, however manager stated that was down to booking.com and not the hotel.

Liked: The breakfast is good.
Disliked: The rooms are stuffy and damp. The floor was dusty. The AC vents looked very unclean.My baby got sick with runny nose and cold. The airport shuttle seems a joke, they did not even inform me the exact placeto wait for the shuttle. I was waiting for more than an hour and finally gave up on the shuttle.
