Liked: Hotel overbooked during a baseball event so we didnt get to stay here. We were moved.

Liked: Its a beautiful hotel. Very clean. Love the breakfast. Rooms are amazing.

Disliked: It was not clean enough. I move 2 X, 1st time because the bulb was out and there was no anyone to change it, they overlooked the cracked toilet seat. 2nd X a lady across the hall screaming profanity, the 3rd X it was not clean enough, I said forget it.

Liked: The cleanliness was great all throughout the entire hotel being I walked it at every level as elevators were out of order.
Disliked: Out of service elevators. It was very difficult to carry luggage 3 levels up.

Disappointing

Liked: The room was very clean, the property was in a somewhat safe feeling area
Disliked: I was there 6 days and was able to get towels twice. I had to go out and buy my own. 1 day I had to call for towels 3 times before I could get them. The pool was closed our entire stay. Even tissue was a task to receive. I just gave up and bought my own.
