Superb

Liked: I absolutely loved that the room had a little kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious. The lobby and bar areas were nice and comfortable, and they had an excellent selection of drinks and food in an area that was like a mini grocery store. I feel like this place was an excellent value for the money.
Disliked: I arrived before my husband. When he checked in to get his key the person at the desk gave him the key to our room but told him the wrong room number, so he thought his key wasn't working and knocked on the wrong door, waking up a poor woman trying to nap. Mistakes happen, and this little incident would in no way impact my decision to stay here again. In fact, we think this might be our hotel of choice when we need to come to the Galleria area again.

Liked: The area.
Disliked: No housekeeping during the time I stayed for 4days. Water pressure very weak couldn’t even brush my teeth in the bathroom sink. Tv doesn’t have much to offer. Requested maintenance many times cause toilet was overflowing and took over a hour to come.

Liked: Breakfast was great although when the hotel is full, people will likely struggle for space during breakfast
Disliked: I thought the cleaners were restrictive and choosy with what they want clean and cart away. I noticed they refused to touch papers and empty boxes discarded in the room. Lastly the cleaners hardly speak English and that might be a challenge with communication

Comfortable and relaxing stay

Liked: The rooms were quite spacious for a family of 5. Parking was good too.
Disliked: Access in and out of the hotel by car right next to highway entry . At peak times traffic jammed the entry.
