The lady behind the desk should not be given directions when she doesn't know for sure. It put us late for the concert and there was running up and down in the hall through the night that was very disappointing and there was a young boy standing by the elevators they didn't know where he was or what he was doing - that was a little scary. Have no idea how he got in.

Great value for the money :) Staff was lovely, very happy. Will definitely book here again! Nice to be able to stay in underground parking for a couple of hours after we checked out to explore the city .

Liked: The main areas of the room were clean but the remote felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in years and same with the side tables. Please focus more on disinfecting high touch items and areas. ie light switches, remotes, side tables, chair arm rests
