The lady behind the desk should not be given directions when she doesn't know for sure. It put us late for the concert and there was running up and down in the hall through the night that was very disappointing and there was a young boy standing by the elevators they didn't know where he was or what he was doing - that was a little scary. Have no idea how he got in.
Liked: The room was clean and comfortable.

Great value for the money :) Staff was lovely, very happy. Will definitely book here again! Nice to be able to stay in underground parking for a couple of hours after we checked out to explore the city .
Liked: Great location - able to walk to lots of local hot spots.
Disliked: Can't think of anything.

Great stay, would book again

Clean, convienant and comfy !
Liked: It felt very safe and secure , the rooms were stocked and clean. The breakfast was fabulous , fresh fruit and lot of options for everyone . Check in was easy and the parking garage was a big plus for us , especially in the winter! The staff was very helpful also!
Disliked: The pool area wasn’t very big or accommodating for a lot of people , travelling with other families made it harder to collect to watch the children play together.

Disliked: Terrible customer service! Due to a severe snowstorm, traveling was impossible, but the hotel refused to cancel or reschedule, even after I called, emailed, and messaged multiple times. It took forever to reach someone, and when I finally did, they put me on hold just to “ask the front desk”… who was I speaking to before?!Instead of addressing my concern, they tried to enroll me in a membership program, making me give personal info and I felt extremely uncomfortable. After a long wait, they told me to contact Booking.com to have them email the hotel. I spent more time calling Booking.com, who understood my situation and agreed to contact the hotel. But soon after, I got an email saying my reservation couldn’t be changed or canceled. Why make me go through all that if the answer was always “no”?!

Liked: Location was okay.
Disliked: Water pressure was horrible. Fridge wouldn’t stay closed Hotel itself wasn’t very clean. Not to mention it too forever to get warm water.

Liked: Breakfast was better than most. There was a good choice with fruit yoghurt etc.The staff were excellent. Friendly and genuinely so. Well equipped kitchenette.
Disliked: Maybe a better selection of tea in the room?
