The lady behind the desk should not be given directions when she doesn't know for sure. It put us late for the concert and there was running up and down in the hall through the night that was very disappointing and there was a young boy standing by the elevators they didn't know where he was or what he was doing - that was a little scary. Have no idea how he got in.

Great value for the money :) Staff was lovely, very happy. Will definitely book here again! Nice to be able to stay in underground parking for a couple of hours after we checked out to explore the city .

Liked: I liked that the hotel had a secured entrance. We were able to park in an underground parking lot.Clean and comfortable. The room was a suite with full size fridge, and cooking element. Great hot/cold breakfast included. Fresh waffles, french toast, cereal, muffins, fruit , eggs, bacon, oatmeal, yogurt bar, and bagels. Fresh coffee, juice, white and chocolate milk.
Disliked: The area of Hamilton is rough but it didn’t ruin our stay.

Liked: Very easy to locate, close to Hess Village and amenities. Very nice kitchen, nice breakfasts
Disliked: Our living room didn't have a window?! It felt very claustrophobic as a result.

Liked: Ease of check-in & check-out. They were very accommodating with my service dog (waived the fee) & also helped me with charging my phone as I forgot a wall adapter.
Disliked: It was beyond the control of the hotel but there was a very loud disturbance in an adjacent room that startled me awake at 4am.
