Definitely wasn’t good the girl...
Liked: That we could have our pet.
Disliked: We were for some reason out in a handicap room where the air didn’t work. It was very hot over night. The shower head didn’t stay on the wall. You had to hold it with one hand to shower. We told the staff about how we needed these things fixed the next day while we were gone. Only to find when we returned nothing was done. Maintenance was already gone for the day. And we were leaving on Sunday. This was on a Saturday. We finally suggested they give us a new room and they finally did give us one but we were trying to get ready for dinner while all of this going on. We were late for our dinner reservation because we had to switch rooms when they could have had maintenance there to fix it earlier that day. The room they moved us too was much better and we weren’t sure why we didn’t get a room like that to begin with. Why were we given a handicap room??? And if we were handicap they couldn’t have showered. I feel like what we paid I could have done better and been closer to the beach.
