Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The common areas were tastefully decorated, and the room was nicely appointed and very, very clean.

Liked: The room was spacious and has lots of supplies and a nice large vanity by the bathroom. The continental breakfast was also great. Staff were friendly and approachable
Disliked: The tile floors in the room were oily and slippery.. the bed also was a bit deformed with the foot and sides more elevated than the head and middle so we woke up sore.

Liked: Easy check in. Comfortable room. We like to sleep in a cool, quiet room so we love being able to turn off the heat/fan and open a window. Good breakfast.

Liked: The room was good. It was comfortable.
Disliked: The pool was out of service and there was no notice before checking in online. We only found out when we got there. So that was disappointing.

Liked: Rooms were spacious
Disliked: We arrived during renovations. We didn't know of the renovations when we booked but it was VERY apparent when we arrived. The noise as you entered the building was deafening. Breakfast was limited due to the renovations. I would have expected the price to reflect these inconveniences, but they didn't. We could have stayed at neighbouring hotels for the same price that were not in the middle of renovations.
