It was a clean, comfortable...

Liked: The room was clean and very comfortable. We only stayed for 1 night and did not use the kitchenette, but it was nice to have the option. The staff were kind and helpful. There was a great selection for breakfast with surprising variety.
Disliked: My complaints are minor, but there was no conditioner in the conditioner bottle, only watered down shampoo and the towels were a little scratchy. It absolutely would not keep me from staying there again.

Time for updates in rooms

Liked: The hotel is convenient, and is usually priced well. The lobby and breakfast area are clean and very nice. A few things need updating in the rooms. The sofa in my room was very worn and I refused to put anything on it (including myself.) The shower needed an update-shower head was wobbly and faucet was in need of repair.

Homey feeling

Liked: The fireplace was very nice. Breakfast was decent
Disliked: Bed was really soft, shower was weak

Liked: The rooms are very comfortable and clean. A good breakfast.
Disliked: Number 216. There was a constant sound of dripping water in the room. Although all the taps were working properly. the sound came from behind the wall. It made it difficult to rest.The mattress in this room is collapsed.
