Liked: Good location for doing business in North Shore
Disliked: The shower was not functioning properly. Wasted a lot of water. The entrance door did not close properly (even though it locked). So you could hear folks talking in the opposite room … I did alert lobby and hope that all of this will be fixed for next guest …

Liked: We liked the hotel. It was very nice. The pool was also good.
Disliked: We didn't like that the shower in our room we paid for didnt work for hot water. After telling the front desk guy nothing still happened about getting it fixed. It wasn't worth 244 dollars for 1 night for no hot water to shower with.

Disliked: The room lacks soundproofing, allowing us to hear everything from the hallway to the neighboring room. The proposed “make-up room” could be more frequent than once a week. Despite the initial suggestion of a “light touch,” it appears that no significant progress has been made in our room.
