Ruined, I mean completely ruined.

Liked: Nothing apart from its position, on the outside it seemed lovely and we hoped for the best, but wait for an ugly surprise…
Disliked: Absolutely nothing, the swimming pool not in use, room exposed to sunlight, light coming through the curtains, the way the bed was positioned it bits you in your eyes tirelessly, you could literally not watch tv. When the sun finally was out the internet stopped working, it smelled of bleach overpoweringly, the ice maker gave up on us too. There was a lamppost that was so noisy, you literally feel it’s going to explode any second…I could really go on and on and…

Good stop

Liked: Quite a variety of choices for breakfast. Easy to reach location, we stayed there since it was relatively close to the Chicago Botanical Garden. wi-fi good, temperature control good.
Disliked: No ice machine in hotel since rooms have fridge/freezer, but no ice in the freezer :-(
