Liked: The desk staff were very accommodating. I was displaced due to Milton and they opened up their pet policy to allow me to stay with my cat. Very gracious and appreciated.

Evacuated for hurricane Helene, happy...

Liked: Very helpful staff! Clean and spacious. Also benches in smoking area.
Disliked: Pets, but considering the pets, the rooms were fairly clean and did not smell. Please keep it up

Everything was fantastic!

Liked: Beautiful pool, spa and basketball court. Breakfast was fantastic! Our most favorite hotel we have ever stayed at. This will be our go to place when staying in Gainesville from now on!
Disliked: No complaints here

Hurricane Helene Escape

Liked: The staff were absolutely the best. Service desk, housekeeping and bfast staff. All so friendly. They went above and beyond for us. Even my chihuahuas loved them. Had to be there because hurricane Helene. I was so stressed and from the minute I walked in, the kindness was so soothing. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
Disliked: it was a little high for two days.
