Staff canceled my reservation when...

Disliked: The staff was horrible. They waited until I was there checking in to implement a policy that is not on their websote or on your website. They canceled my reservation and called the police on me. Would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.

I will never stay at...

Liked: I didn’t get to stay because they canceled my reservation all because I had a cake
Disliked: The first desk manager was rude I got rude back he really almost ruined my daughter day

In the beginning unwelcoming

Liked: I love the location and the breakfast
Disliked: The front desk staff was very unprofessional and unwelcoming and overstepped boundaries and tried to kick us out of our room he tried to apologize but the damage was done and we wasn't compensated for his negative interactions with us we lost time to enjoy the hotel when he decided to stop us in the hallway and question us

Liked: Clean, comfortable, and within a 15-20 minute drive of everything we were wanting to see and do
Disliked: Nothing, other than we didn’t have time to take advantage of the pool and workout room
