Nice place to stay near...

Liked: The rooms are spacious and have good amenities. The breakfast is pretty tasty; there's a lot of variety in the food offered. It was a nice place to stay for visiting Napa without breaking the bank.
Disliked: Because of where our room was located on the first floor, it was very loud at night and early morning. We could constantly hear people in the courtyard and hallways. I'd recommend requesting a room on a higher floor or further down the hall.

Liked: Breakfast. We enjoyed the variety of food items. Location was great but a little difficult to find initially. The hotel on a whole was nice.
Disliked: The paid parking was not disclosed to me. The spa was not operational. The front desk staff was not overly helpful when I asked for a breakdown of my charges. I booked through a third party so they couldn't explain what I paid for? I'm a bit baffled by that.

Disliked: When I booked I booked a king suit I got to the property I'm checking in I get to my room and it's not what I booked I called the front desk and they said that they had no available king suits so I hope I get compensated for the I n convience
