Liked: The breakfast were good eggs sausage wafflesThe pool was indoors The bed was comfy but the pillows were Awful. The bathroom didn’t have any counter room for any items
Disliked: The bathroom didn’t have any counter space and no hooks or place to hang my makeupBag The pillows on bed were awful I had to ask for bedding for sofa bed and still didn’t get it so I had to go down to front desk and get it myself

Liked: Clean rooms, full breakfast, happy hour, indoor pool, pet friendly, excellent customer service
Disliked: Loved the stay!

Disliked: The Breakfast is not as good/same level as the other parts of the Hotel.

Disliked: My stay at the Staybridge Suites Fairfield Napa Valley Area, an IHG Hotel disappointed me. Our room had stains on the carpet, ants in the bathroom and closet, and mold on the bathroom ceiling. The remote controls for the televisions did not function correctly. We requested that someone repair the toilet, but no one responded to our request. The following day, I went to the front desk, and the maintenance person was unaware that our toilet required repair. For the price of our stay, our room and the service we received were not satisfactory.

Went from 10-1 very quickly.

Liked: I liked the location. The rooms were spacious. I liked that breakfast was included.
Disliked: OUR STAY WAS AWFUL!

Disliked: Rooms has 2 towels and never received additional towels. No extra pillows. Bad breakfast. Never got value for money. Felt like a hotel that just wants to grab your money

Liked: the breakfast was late, empty creamers/but selection of food was satisfactory.I selected your hotel because I wanted to use the spa. The spa was dirty, it smelled like mold, water was yellowish green and very foamy. That was around 8 PM. I did not end up going in it because it was so unhealthy.Also, there was no bedding for the pullout sofa bed in the room.
Disliked: there was no bedding for the sofa sleeper in my room, the mattress needs to be replaced on sofa sleeper. very thin & lumpy, did not get a good nights rest!the jacuzzi at the pool was disgusting so didn’t use it!

Liked: I like the beds, bathroom kitchen area , may need to update the left room furniture. Great service from front desk clerk!!
Disliked: The keys kept this sinking themselves, so I had to get a new key.Or reprogrammed 3 times but once they get the keying system down and a place where you can hook your cell phone up Besides the normal plug outlet maybe u s b, cord, I'll let hookups on lamps or something....I think it will be nice. Nice location next to everything that a person would need.
