Found bed bug, and left...

Disliked: An hour after I checked in, I found a bed bug on the bed, and left right away, informing the lady at check-in. It didn't seem like they had a procedure for what to do if someone finds a bed bug. After 1 month, I still haven't been reimbursed for the stay.

It was okay

Liked: The heat index was crazy I think they not like they used to be
Disliked: Extra bed covers I woke up with bites marks felt them all when I took a shower

Liked: The service is fantastic. Staff members, maids and food prep are all so very nice. They really make my staycations enjoyable. The rooms are always very clean. I recently discovered the room with the jacuzzi which is amazing. I had no idea it existed. Room # 138 I believe. The breakfast buffet is the best in any hotel I’ve ever been to. It’s just another reason to go there. I also enjoy the noon checkouts. The extra hour is very nice to have.
Disliked: I don’t think there’s anything I don’t like about the property. An indoor pool isn’t really missed but I do enjoy using the outside pool during summer stays. The only thing I can think of is no snacks for us very early workers. Lol. I start at 5 am so it would be awesome to have a grain bar or smthng. However I can bring my own.
