Called to see if we could check in early and a lady took care of us and said we could and that we'd have a room when we got there. Also the man at the front desk was very polite and helped out a lot!

Disliked: The shower in the wheelchair accessible needed a longer curtain, I had water all over the floor( my fault) since I did not realize I could have directed the flow toward the wall. (I was tired)

Disliked: Fire alarm was pulled in the middle of the night and on the same night as daylight savings time so the kids and I got 2 hours of sleep.no cameras on the floors so this could happen at anytime and ruin your night. They make you pay a 50 dollar accidental deposit but say they aren’t giving any discounts for ruining our sleep and our whole next day.

Liked: The size of our room was nice, big enough for our full family.
Disliked: Super disappointed in the front desk staff, waiting 20 minutes with no one at the desk to check in, couldn’t park because you needed a room key, room smelled like smoke, the TV in the living room didn’t work, and there was garbage on the floor and in the couch when we pulled the couch bed out. Won’t be staying again.
