Called to see if we could check in early and a lady took care of us and said we could and that we'd have a room when we got there. Also the man at the front desk was very polite and helped out a lot!

Liked: Great room! Great breakfast. We had 4 preteens with us and we got a room at the end of the hall which I appreciated because I’m sure we were noisy at times

Disliked: The toilet was really short, needed bigger trash cans, bathroom was kind of small. These were all minor dislikes. Overall we really loved our room

Liked: Staff was friendly and worked with us to fix our booking problem.
Disliked: We have stayed at this hotel many years in a row for an annual event and every year we book the same type of room as it meets our needs. This year we booked and our reservation did not go through on the hotel side. They could see the booking through booking.com but did not have our room reserved in their system. This was disappointing to say the least. They did work hard to get something figured out. We were traveling with kids so having separate rooms was not ideal but at least we had rooms to stay in.

Disliked: The shower in the wheelchair accessible needed a longer curtain, I had water all over the floor( my fault) since I did not realize I could have directed the flow toward the wall. (I was tired)

Disliked: Fire alarm was pulled in the middle of the night and on the same night as daylight savings time so the kids and I got 2 hours of sleep.no cameras on the floors so this could happen at anytime and ruin your night. They make you pay a 50 dollar accidental deposit but say they aren’t giving any discounts for ruining our sleep and our whole next day.
