Disliked: It needs an update and smells like it used to be smoked in years ago and they are trying to cover the smell up. We did not like the smell of the hotel.

Liked: Nothing Tina told me to book thru booking and then would not help me get into a room so I ended up leaving I want a full refund she also wasted an hour of my time
Disliked: Drug dealers , Tina being rude on the phone and in person

Disliked: The housekeeping was disappointing. Room didn’t get cleaned our first night and we had to get our own towels.

Disliked: The front desk didn’t tell us that the drier is not working when we asked for laundry facilities and purchased detergent at the front desk. It was a terrible experience after we ran the drier for 2 hours and we had to use hair dryer and iron box to dry the clothes at 9pm and get ready for airport at 4 in the morning
