Liked: Breakfast was good, loved the fruit and yogurt, was hoping for some bacon, maybe some bisquits and gravy, chocolate milk, but the food was very tasteful!
Disliked: There could have been some handrails by the toilet, very hard to get up being disabled

Disliked: The check in online says 3pm. When we arrived at 4pm, our room was not ready. The team members were working as quickly as they could, but commented that the time online isn’t guaranteed, although it seemed to be a busy weekend (there was a concert in town) and most of the other guests waiting commented that they were called (as were we) the day before to confirm we were coming. They were short staffed and constantly shared that, commented on how the manager wasn’t even there and most of the guests waiting in the lobby didn’t get into their rooms until after 5pm.

Weekend concert stay.

Liked: Place was nice and the breakfast was great.
Disliked: The front desk clerk was very unfriendly and just looked at you with a blank face. No personality and no customer service skills. They need to be retrained on how totally to a customer and how not too.
