Extremely lousy front desk is...

Disliked: The staff was absolutely ridiculous. We had booked a king room and when we got there, they downgraded us to a queen no explanation at all no discount price very rude and unprofessional.

Never Got To Stay- Bookings.com...

Liked: BOOKING confirmation was never confirmed!! I checked-in, had a confirmation from Booking.com but the unhelpful girl at the desk said there was NO room booked for me!! I had to frantically find a hotel at 9:00 that night (with my little dog) to stay.
Disliked: Never got to stay because BOOKINGS.com did not book a room for me!! The girl at the desk had NO personality and could care less to help! She said there were NO rooms available!!!!

Nice and good location

Liked: The common area was nice and cozy. The people helping with the breakfast were very nice and even came to the table asking how everything was.
Disliked: The shower head hurt because the pressure was very hard, toilet didn’t flush well, door handle to get into room didn’t work and took multiple times to get the door to open.
