Liked: The breakfast was better than Continental. Plenty to eat plenty to drink.
Disliked: The room had bedbugs and cockroaches. That makes it difficult to call the room, clean and comfortable.

Liked: I liked the area. It was close to the event we were going to. I also liked the front desk worker she was extremely nice.
Disliked: The only thing I was bothered by was the small roaches in the room. Also, I'm unsure of what was going on but to look outside and see the parking lot full of police cars was a little scary.

Disliked: I didn’t get housekeeping the whole time I was there!! I checked in Thursday Sept 12. No housekeeping Fri. Requested housekeeping Sat & Sun… no housekeeping. And then Mon she couldn’t because my T-shirt was on the bed and my suitcase was open I guess is reason???? Plus I got notice through an email an order I had shipped was delivered Monday and accepted by CCOTY but I never was notified by hotel staff until I found a note under my door early Tuesday morning.
