Was a nice, cozy place...

Liked: Nice location and close to attractions. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.
Disliked: Nothing

Overall, this was a nice...

Liked: I like that it was a smaller, quaint facility. It had everything you needed and was in a great location. The outdoor deck with the furniture and fire pit was really nice.
Disliked: The Living room furniture /sofa, bed were old and definitely needed to be cleaned. We had a double bed room suite. There was less space then we assumed. The bathroom was small. The bedroom and living room space was small as well. The air condition unit was extremely loud and kicked on and off all through the night, which was annoying as well. Definitely needed some updates. The hot tub wasn’t working and had a bunch of missing tiles along the wall. Didn’t have USB port chargers, which most hotels have nowadays.

Cozy hotel with a view

Liked: The view of Pikes Peak was beautiful! The staff especially Scott, was very attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The suite was perfect for our family of 4. Very comfortable and cozy. Loved the little kitchen!Breakfast was good every morning. Our kids loved the swimming pool and made friends every day. Having a place to do our laundry was very much appreciated.
Disliked: While the breakfast was good, they could definitely use more help. They are just so busy, it's more than a 2 person job. Kept running out of waffle batter and other foods. Parking was a bit crowded, sometimes had a hard time finding an open spot
